Who processes your data
The data controller is Cerrajería La Juzcareña, based in Júzcar (29492), Málaga, Spain, contactable at info@cerrajerialajuzcarena.es.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number, if you choose to give one
- The content of the message you write
What we use it for
Only to read your enquiry, prepare a quote and reply to you. Nothing else.
We send no marketing, we add you to no mailing list and we build no profiles.
On what legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request when what you are asking for is a quote.
How long we keep it
We keep your message as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and, if it leads to a job, for the periods Spanish tax and commercial law require. If no job comes of it, we delete it once there is no reason to keep it.
Who else sees it
For the form to work, your message passes through two providers acting as data processors:
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Firebase), which hosts the site and runs the form. The servers that process it are in the European Union.
- Sendinblue SAS (Brevo), which delivers the notification email and your acknowledgement.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, or to correct or delete it, and you can restrict or object to processing and ask for portability. Just write to info@cerrajerialajuzcarena.es.
If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and the form validates what it receives before processing it. Even so, no system is infallible: please do not send sensitive data or credentials through the form.
